support@grouper.studio handles everything: product questions, account and billing help, bug reports, partnerships, press and privacy requests.
When you write about your account, send the message from the email address you signed up with. That lets us find your account without asking you for anything else. Include the project name if your question is about a particular project, and screenshots if something looks wrong.
Account and billing
Signed-in users can change their profile, sign-in methods and subscription, or delete their account, from the account menu in the app. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Receipts and invoices come from them, and we can help with anything they can't.
Privacy requests
To ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, email support@grouper.studio with "Privacy request" in the subject. The privacy policy explains what we hold and how long we keep it.
